Jill Butler, owner of the Monster PBJ food truck(@MonsterPBJ on Twitter) invites host Craig Price into her offices to talk about food trucks. Opening a restaurant can be harrowing enough, but opening a restaurant on wheels is a whole different story. How do you find customers when you are not at the same physical address everyday?
